Snuggle Pup Care policies

Portal Information

All clients are responsible for ensuring that their information on the portal is accurate and complete. We cannot guarantee that services are completed accurately without this information.

Illness or Injury

Clients must notify sitter of any signs of illness or injury prior to any visits. This includes vomiting, diarrhea, coughing/hacking, giardia, limping, etc.

Veterinary Release

In the event of an emergency, illness, or injury, we require a signed Veterinary Release to be on file so that we may obtain medical care for your pets. Please fill it out and e-mail it back to us prior to your first visit. You can find a copy of the Veterinary Release here: SPC Veterinary Release

Pet’s Temperament

We will happily work with dogs who are not so friendly with other dogs, so long as they are friendly with us! The safety of our sitters is just as much a priority to us as the care of your pets. We are trained to handle dogs and cats of many temperaments, but there may be times where we will be unable to care for your pet on a case by case basis, and we will discuss this with you in depth during our consultation.

Additional policies are located on the client portal.
